Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Since they did not have another Rheem model in stock, I had to source one elsewhere to utilize the proprietary exhaust this manufacturer uses. Incredible product! We have a 7.5gpm in our shop and 10.5gpm model in our house. Both on demand water heaters do what they are designed to do. We have propane models. The wait time for hot water is not an issue; hot water within a minute. Both models provide hot water to multiple outlets and neither falters to provide hot water with multiple outlets are on.
