Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Since they did not have another Rheem model in stock, I had to source one elsewhere to utilize the proprietary exhaust this manufacturer uses. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes.
