Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Solid, reliable water heater that does exactly what it should. The performance has been excellent so far—plenty of hot water and quick recovery. Installation was straightforward, and it operates quietly. The Smart features are kind of neat and fun to look at, but honestly not something I’d say is essential or worth paying extra for. Replaced a gas water heater after 30+ years. Initially it saved a lot compared to electric. But LP gas has gotten so high that I felt I was not saving anymore.
