Only complaint I have (but this is for any rug that is shipped) is that they are rolled so tight that it takes FOREVER to get the end to lie flat! Interesting difference to the pattern effect between the 5x7 and this 6 1/2' square (see photos) so for me, I'd have preferred a consistent pattern so the carpets match.
