so far it is keeping cold. the freezer space is cut down with the extra ice maker,if i leave it off and use the extra room, i am in fear that the ice may not start working again. i really like it,but it might not start working if it is left off to long. so i have been informed by LG. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a really nice looking stove. It gave our kitchen a much more modern look, and I like the front controls and how easy the glass top is to keep clean. The oven has worked well, and I haven’t had any issues with baking. My only complaint is the cooktop when using cast iron. We cook with cast iron almost every day, and I noticed the heat doesn’t seem to spread as evenly as I expected. It’s not a deal breaker, but it was noticeable compared to other stoves I’ve used. If you mostly cook with stainless steel or nonstick pans, this probably won’t be an issue.
