This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I called them to rectify the mistake and, after another three month wait, received another shipment of the same wrong item. When I called to rectify their first mistake, I sent a picture of the correct item to make sure the mistake would not be repeated.
