This is my first time buying a towel warmer. I thought the towels would get warmer but Im please with this purchase. It sticks out of the wall about three inches. I had to buy a door stop to not hit it with the door. I have a small bathroom. It looks classy, it has to be installed by someone who knows how to run electric wiring. I like the switch option.. The towel warmer has 4 vertical heating rails that all the towels can fit over that one heated rack. As a space saver and a storage solution, it looks neat. When using the heated towel rack, you do not have to wash your towel off for every single user you can wait 4 or 6 days before washing your towel again.

Awesome in the winter, the kids find it rather difficult to weave the towels into for drying though so that's the only drawback. It's up to the adults to take the time to do it. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
