Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. The item arrived flat-pack and is quite thin and lightweight - easy to put together but quite tedious to attach all the slats. This item should not be confused with furniture, it is strictly decorative and quite lightweight (the slats seem like they would easily buckle under a light pressure). This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly.
