This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Our old dishwasher ran so loud and left a stench from the moisture being caught inside the dishwasher after a wash. But not with the Bosch it cleans like a champ and gets all the hard stuff off the dishes that sometimes we cannot scrub off ourselves prior and it pops the door open once the are cleaned and the dishes are dry when we put them away.
