Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Incredible product! We have a 7.5gpm in our shop and 10.5gpm model in our house. Both on demand water heaters do what they are designed to do. We have propane models. The wait time for hot water is not an issue; hot water within a minute. Both models provide hot water to multiple outlets and neither falters to provide hot water with multiple outlets are on.
