This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. They are blue and in a big roll but no other bag works as well. I've tried at least 10 types of bags over a couple years and this is the one to use. My original review was 2 stars. But, now I've found the right bags and learned how to properly position the internal bin so I've bumped it to a 4. To get 5 stars on this product, I'd need to see a non-warped top piece.. Chad.
