At first it seemed more bold of a pattern because of all the black in it but I rotated the rug because there was less black on the other side of it and that worked much better. This is a very nice rug! Its just a pity it gets rolled and flattened over time, (there isnt a cardboard roll in the middle to keep it round). It was very wavy when I unpacked it, but I got the idea to wet it with the garden hose, so that I could flatten it more easily. This is a beautiful Puccio runner rug. It has nice thick feel and is very soft. The colors are a great neutral scheme. It is perfect for the entry from the sunroom and blends well into the dining room. The colors hide pet hair well. It is the perfect height for robot vacuums.
