This cleans very good! But, it's fairly heavy when full of solution, you will need some strength! The negatives, the on/off switch is in an odd position, and there is no cleaning solution level indicator so you are aware it's empty. You can't see the clean water tank as it's on the bottom- you have to estimate and take the top tank off to see if you need more. For the money, there should be one. There is no carpet height adjustment, my research claims you don't need one. It's still a great cleaning machine and has expanded capacity for cleaning solution and the dirty water! After a few use's you will know, based on your home, when you need to take the top tank off and fill the cleaning solution tank. If you have pets as I do, and you need to clean carpets regularly, you need this because of the expanded fluid capacities and powerful deep cleaning!
