This rug is beautiful and very soft to walk on. I placed it on a 1/2 inch pad. The color was exactly as pictured and goes perfectly with my blue and ivory furniture.My couch is a bluish gray leather and brings out the blue in the rug. Rug arrived folded in half and rolled up nicely bound with typical plastic straps, wrapped in heavy duty plastic. That being said, the rug needs time to flatten out. This is a beautiful Puccio runner rug. It has nice thick feel and is very soft. The colors are a great neutral scheme. It is perfect for the entry from the sunroom and blends well into the dining room. The colors hide pet hair well. It is the perfect height for robot vacuums.
