Comes very well packaged, I was laughing at how many layers of heavy plastic it’s wrapped in, so it’s pretty airtight and no chance of dirt or damage in transit! Delivery was great. Be sure to vacuum extensively after you lay it down because there’s ALOT of shedding, but I don’t care because it’s so pretty. I was able to vacuum the shedding until it finally vacuumed clean, but I emptied the canister 5 times ( it’s a 9’6” x 13’ rug so that’s not too bad). I was looking for a rug just inside my office deck door that would be comfortable under bare feet, dog friendly, and stay fairly low profile. This one ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. The color is a soft blend of grays that works well with my flooring and doesn't compete with the rest of the room. I especially like that the pattern is subtle and doesn't draw attention to itself. The rug feels soft underfoot, which was important since I frequently walk through this doorway barefoot. It is thin enough for a doorway but still feels comfortable.
