I had to get a handyman to install the Flex Non Electric Toilet because of the mounting plate on the floor it was different then the old one but he made it work, we wasn’t able to find the shut off valve that was the same as the hose that was included so we went with 38 hose that we had, our condo unit is old so installing took about 2 hours. I’ve had this bed for 3.5years and have slept like a baby on it since. It’s more of a medium plush, I’d say. I got another mattress for a guest room that’s also medium but is firmer.
