These mattresses are great! We use them at one of our student housing properties, and they have been an excellent choice. This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. This toilet is VERY heavy! It definitely takes 2 adults to carry it. Extra tall really means extra tall, I checked the height when I ordered it and knew it was a good bit taller than the standard toilet but in person it’s very tall. I’m 5’9” and I’m on my toes when sitting. It looks very nice and the skirted bottom makes it so much easier to clean. The skirt makes it harder to install but not terribly. This toilet looks great and I'm sure it works great but this is not for DIY. I carried this very heavy thing up two flights of stairs and tried to install it in three different places in our home but ran into problems in every location. If the drain is not EXACTLY 10" from the wall it won't fit. If the water supply is on the wall or floor to close to the toilet it won't fit. I called a plumber and he said it would cost several thousand dollars to move drains, move the water supplies, fix the walls and refit the floors so we won't be using it. Please check out the pic I sent of the first thing they show in the instructions so you can very carefully measure before you order something that is not going to work and won't fit in an older house.. I’m extremely happy with this mattress! I chose the 14-inch model, and it exceeded my expectations. It provides an excellent balance of comfort and support—the Euro top and memory foam feel plush, while the pocketed coils keep my spine well aligned. The mattress expanded quickly after unboxing, has very little odor, and feels well made. I also appreciate that it’s fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-USOEKO-TEX certified. After sleeping on it, I wake up feeling well-rested with much less stiffness than on my old mattress. For the price, the quality is outstanding.
