The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

I love the look, the materials seem quality, it's sturdy, and essentially everything I expected, however a slight word of warning, it's going to take a rubber mallet (or a piece of scrap wood and a hammer in lieu of a rubber mallet) and some serious elbow grease to assemble. Assembly of the pieces is pretty straight forward but more than likely you'll have to use a mallet or hammer to get the final piece tapped in and it's a tight fit.... which is good. It helps add to the sturdiness of the unit. Once you've accomplished that the real work begins. The legs or good quality metal. They aren't light and included is self tapping screws. Patience and elbow grease are going to be your friend. You might want to wrap the areas around it in tape before you start to secure the screws. We had the drill slip and it knicked the coating a couple of times. It's on the back so it won't be seen, but it was frustrating. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.

We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. I was more than a little skeptical at first but after reading reviews and doing research we pulled the trigger. The spa arrived in less than a week and we couldn’t be happier. It looks nice and works beyond our expectations. It’s has power to spare! The only thing I will ding it on is the lack of cup holders but other than that we’re loving it.. Brandon. Nashville.
