I’ve been sleeping on this 10-inch medium-plush pocket coil mattress for about 3 weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the comfort and support it provides. The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
