Looks heavy duty . The seams are all sewn well. The color is nice and will provide nice shading. The hardware came with it and it’s pretty heavy so should be good with some of the wind we get here. Perfectly sized at 6.5" top x 6" bottom x 3" height, this compact fabric lampshade fits most chandeliers and wall sconces with ease.

Sturdy and not too see through. I plan to add some embellishments so I wanted a shade that wouldn’t sag and had a firm structure. This is perfect. Color is a bit more white than I had originally thought it would be. I was anticipating an off whitelinen type color but for my purposes it will be fine. Today I got the package for silk lampshade. I have 7 orient lamps all with silk shades. The one I got early 2001 with beige scalloped shade with plastic lining until it turned brown and cracked. I have bought a small silk lampshade at lamp shop before. It was over $100 and now I am retired. I need a new shade so badly and I tried Wayfair and looked carefully with sizes. It’s affordable. Got the shade and touched carefully. The fabric is really silk! So I placed on the lamp. Sides was correct 12 inches. The bottom and top was 1.5 inches short. Lovely shades! Quality is wonderful and they arrived well boxed, in protective covering and perfect condition. They are sleek and the interior is a beautiful golden foil. The seams can hardly be detected. They have a double gold colored clip on attachment that gives them support and I'm happy that they sit straight on my candelabra bulbs. These are larger/longer which was important to me and hard to find -- can't stand having a light bulb starring me in the face. These are very well made and the black is a true black. Very beautiful.
