Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Very quiet, dynamic controls that allow me to schedule increased capacity while my PV is producing electricity, increasing capacity with internal mixing valve while keeping it in heat pump only mode. I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it.
