I installed this unit in my 2/1 1960's condo replacing a 30gal water heater. What a great product! The install was easy i had to upgrade my breaker to a 60 from a 30 which meant upgrading the wiring gauge, which wasn't hard at all. I have hot water on demand now that never runs out! my 30 gal tank would only provide about a 5 min shower now its as long as i want. I have to fill my tub with free flow hot water at only half flow but to keep hot water but i figured as much from such a small unit. overall it was very much worth it to ditch the hot water storage tank and have hot water on demand for as along as in need it. If i were to try to heat a larger house with 2 or 3 baths I would suggest a larger unit but the product is GREAT!!. Nonya. FL. Wed Apr 10 2024

Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Overall, the GE Model # GTW525ACW0WB washing machine is decent. To be honest I went to purchase the Maytag Commercial MVWP586GW however was out of stock and had a smaller load capacity at 3.8. Came across this GE Model and has slightly larger tub at 4.3 cu. ft. and has "some" commercial components although not sure what that really means. Motor has a 10 yr warranty. This machine allows for manual selection of the water level and an agitator which was a requirement. When leveled properly there is no vibration although the machine seems very loud however am able to shut the laundry room door. The machine does come with hoses which is a good thing if you need them. I would have preferred more of a commercial machine however this seems to get the clothes clean.. Nickname Required100.
