Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Since they did not have another Rheem model in stock, I had to source one elsewhere to utilize the proprietary exhaust this manufacturer uses. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. I am yet to figure out how not to make it flush if I accidentally have the lid opening from just walking by - this is just me not having read the manual though... the flush function is nice and I love all the features (I am yet to test the warming function and the bidet - will update the review after doing so). I also have a pro version of this toilet (it has a manual non electric flush option in case the power goes out and it has a built in tank) and that is very nice as well. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
