Love the idea and concept. Unfortunately the one I ordered had either a bad control board or wire harness to the LCD display. Wayfair customer service was very eager to help. Unfortunately, since the part we suspected was still on back order with the manufacturer, I had to return it. Wayfair made it simple. Since they did not have another Rheem model in stock, I had to source one elsewhere to utilize the proprietary exhaust this manufacturer uses. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. For clean, comfortable heat when and where you want it, the gas flame is completely sealed inside, away from all contact with room air. Air necessary for combustion is drawn into the chamber from outside through the vent and combustion products are vented directly to the outside. Only clean, gentle heat, in continuous circulation, is delivered into the room. Windows and doors stay closed because no room air is used for combustion. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
