I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Our Recessed mount adjustable dual point sliding door lock features 2 inward hooks and the dual actuator is compatible with both inline and offset keylock sliding door handles. It requires a 1.35-inch backset, and screw hole spacing to be 3 15/16 inches. This is a mortise lock that goes inside the door, so the only thing you will see is the hooks on the face of it. It does not come with the handle sets.
