Buyer beware.....3-1/2 hours to assemble, 1/2 hr. to uncrate and separate parts, terrible instructions, 72 hr. wait time to use because of vacuum packing. Nice chair....but was it worth it!.....definitely not and would not buy again. As a long time purchaser from WAYFAIR and usually happy with them, I'm really surprised they would even sell this from CHINA. BOTTOM LINE....IF YOU BUY THIS ONE, HAVE THEM ASSEMBLE!. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH WAYFAIR! DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!. Anthony R. Aiken, SC. Fri Sep 25 2026

More than just a massage chair, it's a lifelong companion-a ture work of art. Enhance your living space by adding a touch of elegance and design aesthetics that make your home feel more spacious, bright and beautiful. Whether you're relaxing, working or enjoying leisure time. It is there to accompany you every step of the way.

The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. Anonymous. Wed Jul 01 2026

Very comfy. Fits my 5. 1" frame. Fairly easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hrs. To assemble . The massage feature is a bonus although a little chintzy but I didn't buy it for that.
