Ordered this fan in Brushed Nickel with Seashore Gray blades. We renovated our family room with a rustic/barnwood theme, and this fan actually fits the decor perfectly! Was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a remote (apparently a small oversight on my part). With 15' cathedral ceilings, a pull chain was not an option. A quick call to a very helpful Wayfair sales rep pointed me in the right direction on which remote was compatible with this specific fan model. The remote was easy to install and it worked like a charm. Fan assembly was easy. We also added a longer (24") down rod (purchased from our local box store) with no issues. I would describe this desk as a almost olive green under toned warm gray stain. Nice small desk for small space. Has a drawer that pulls out that can go flat for a keyboard. Crotch Mahogany Lady’s Desk with Antique Brown Leather and Brass Knobs.

This desk looks exactly as pictured. It is a very pretty desk and well made. My only minor complaint is that there is some off-gassing from the drawers. I bought this desk for a very specific purpose. I wanted to replace a large mahogany desk in my den with a smaller light duty desk that would be used sporadically for "office" work. I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost.
