It works great and looks wonderful, simple and stylish. Operations are easy but it is pretty loud. Conversation is possible, but youll have to raise your voice . Delivery was good. Definitely an upgrade in form and function for my kitchen. The instructions for this product are terrible and resulted in us having a mysterious extra part which is sort of scary.
