It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on.
