I really like how I can fit everything in this sink to wash it. I don’t use all of the accessories but they are nice to have. One complaint is that the sink is not quite sloped enough to let the water drain out of the corners. I’ve been looking for composite sinks with workstation and accessories but also wanted to get a known brand, unfortunately Ruvati doesn’t make on size, bigger sizes do have it. Tapping on it sounds like plastic due to resin, it doesn’t feel like it’s made out of stone. Also it came with slightly discolored areas, not too visible but they are there. The drain is made out of black plastic, for this price I wish it was metal and had color options to match my faucet which is bronze. They have it but have to purchase separately. I thought it’d be heavier but it’s not, again probably because of the amount of resin vs quartz used. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. If your installing this sink into butcherblock counters you will be modifying. After installing our 1 1/2 counters, cutting the whole exactly we then realized all the fasterner brackets were too short we had to drill 12 holes in the bottom of the counter to give them space to grab. The clips could also be stronger, probably not an issue with other counters but when you tighten them, they bite into the wood, then it tightens on a bit of an angle and very difficult to get the screw driver in there. Beautiful sink, very nice quality and very heavy duty so just a bit surprised the brackets were not as heavy duty as what we felt it should have been. But we made it work and it looks amazing. Nice sink. I like the curved (easier to clean) bottom corners and the 90 degree sides so that the cutout on the counter is still crisp. Comes with good accessories including a deep strainer basket and a drain cover. Because of the workstation ledge, the cutout needs to be perfect (precise to a mm or so). I absolutely love my sink along with the services recieved by Wayfair. However, within three days use of the nozzle, the switch to toggle between spray or stream has failed to work. It is important to have the spray feature when washing vegetables and cleaning the sink itself. Please have the manufacturer and/or Wayfair send me a replacement of the flexible nozzle.
