I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. Mirror frame was damaged when received. The paint around the frame was ruined due to the packaging. Ordered a replacement mirror which was received 2 days ago. Same problem. The packaging ruined the paint around the frame. I asked Wayfair if they would discount the item and I would sand and repaint the frame. Wayfair declined. DONT order a mirror from Wayfair. I just got this hung and it is going to be everything I was needing. It’s quite easy to hang as there is a square base you mount and then add the actual mirror at the end, so no having to hold a heavy mirror up while you plug it in.
