These tiles protect the bottom of the pool and provide a soft surface while inside the pool. These tiles fit together well and we have had no issues so far. These tiles are of much better quality than tiles I purcahsed in the past from a discount hardware store (HF), and were less expensive too!! Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster.
