After talking to multiple riders, repairmen, and bike distributors, we elected to go with the slightly more expensive, but more robust, Stand. The rigid design allows a secure base for awkward cycles and offers extreme portability. In our opinion these are much more robust and versatile than the inferior knock off versions you regularly see on the market.

Wow this thing is a beast! Battery charged rather quickly which is nice. It is a little hard to maneuver it in and out of the battery slot. However, with practice I am hoping that will become easier. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets.
