[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an antique "Pedestal Base" cast Iron tub with a ceiling mounted curtain surround. The Locarno 36" Wallbar allows me to mount a hand held shower head which is typically found on this vintage tub. The Wallbar has a sliding cradle which supports the shower head at any height desired by the bather. The cradle locks at the chosen height by a quarter turn of a simple lever. The Wallbar comes with a 63" chromed flexible hose which connects to the tub diverter faucet valve at one end and to your favorite shower head on the other end. The shower head connection fitting on the hose is tapered and just drops easily into the sliding cradle. The Wallbar installation is straight forward. A drilling template is included for convenience and installation instructions are included, although they are fairly simple with little amplifying information, such as drill bit sizes etc. Locarno recommends a qualified plumber do the installation, but any "Handy" person with common household tools should be able to install it. Locarno also cautions that the Wallbar not be used as a hand hold as it is only secured to the wall by two (2) wood screws. Scola is the washbasin that has remained unchanged and included in the Duravit program the longest. The circular, deep inner basin offers lots of space to wash one’s hands and the ceramic surrounds offer lots of storage space.

Though not yet installed, it is identical to one we had previously, which was excellent. The picture on your website does not show a cast hole for a faucet; this hole, which is present, allows for much easier installation. This looks beautiful and also creates more space in the shower with its compact dimensions. Water volume and temperature can be adjusted via a concealed tap, sold separately. With its square wall flange, the hansgrohe FixFit E wall connection pairs particularly well with a geometric faucet design. Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.

The function of the Escargot 49 oz. Wine Decanter is based on the fact of a double aeration effect. The first aeration takes place when the wine is poured out of the bottle into the escargot decanter exposing the content of the bottle to oxygen. Lift the decanter from horizontal to a vertical position to fill the decanter. The second contact with oxygen is triggered when the wine is poured out of the Escargot decanter into the glass. When pouring hold the decanter by the oval indent for conveyance. The decanter construction forces fresh air through the already decanted wine a second time to fill the air space in the decanter. This second aeration process creates a bubbling gurgle when the air is forced through the neck of the escargot decanter.
