I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot.
