Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. It feels sturdy underfoot and provides good grip, which is important for safety, especially in a smaller bathroom. The finish looks high end and pairs nicely with our tile and overall design. It does not feel flimsy at all and you can tell it is made from quality materials. Installation went smoothly and everything lined up properly.
