Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

Pleasant Hearth non-catalytic wood burning stoves will warm your home with highly efficient and effective zone heating. This wood stove will heat up to 1,800 sq. ft. with 74,000 BTUs of heat from the oldest sustainable resource, wood. This unit has been 2020 Phase 2 EPA certified with emissions at 1.89 grams/hr. Also included is an efficient blower to spread the heat around the area. All Pleasant Hearth wood burning stove feature a brick lined firebox, chrome handles, and an air wash system that automatically maintains the cleanliness of the glass window. The front-loading solid cast iron door with large ceramic glass viewing area and stainless-steel ash lip makes it easy to refuel with seasoned cord firewood up to 18 inches long.

For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. Then there is the metal sheet on the back that has the serial number on it. How hard would it have been to make a copy of that for the owners/instruction manual?. Richard. Marble Falls, TX. This product features a totally enclosed condenser motor and a large, double suction blower wheel to quietly move air. A small wheel turning very fast will create more noise than a large wheel turning more slowly for a given airflow. This Whisper-ceiling bathroom fan uses a wide blower wheel that moves a large amount of air at reduced RPMs. The blower wheel is also designed to draw air in from both sides, which helps keep the noise down, as there is more area for the air to enter the wheel. In fact, it is quiet enough that you might not even know it's on.

We love it. It moves so much air.. Britney. Longwood, FL. Sat Jun 27 2020

Made in the USA, Summit brings new innovation to small kitchens with the industry's first retractable range hood designed and engineered for recirculating use. Model HRTX18B is an 18" wide range hood in a glossy black powder-coated finish. The retractable design and 4" height create a low profile, minimalist look that seamlessly blends into your kitchen when not in use. For maximum surface coverage, the retractable hood slides out as needed. Two oversized aluminum mesh filters with a carbon layer absorb grease, smoke, and cooking odors. This hood is equipped with two pre-installed LED light bulbs that provide convenient illumination over your cooking surface. Unlike traditional ductless ventilation, our retractable hood is not convertible: it's exclusively designed, constructed, and rigorously tested for ductless applications where there is no access to outside venting. Instead of blocking airflow with a simple baffle, the Summit engineering team has created a quieter, more efficient system with smarter technology. It utilizes a cross-flow fan to rotate horizontally, redirecting air smoothly out of the front louvers set at a slight upwards angle to ensure smoke and odors won't be directed towards the user. This maintains laminar airflow, avoiding back pressure and minimizing the noise found in converted range hoods that use axial fans. Though it operates at a lower CFM, its effective airflow outperforms traditional axial fans with a more efficient, quiet performance. This range hood ships without a power cord and is designed to be hard-wired by a licensed professional. We also offer this unit with a pre-installed power cord and plug (add suffix "PTC"), as well as ADA compliant options with separate controls to be installed according to ADA guidelines. Additional colors and sizes are available, as well as convertible and ducted range hoods. Explore the full collection to find the perfect ventilation system for your kitchen.

It's very pretty, and I like that it's retractable since my kitchen is tiny. The 100% truth is that I can't use it yet because my kitchen will not be remodeled for another month, but it looks very well made and I'm sure it will be perfect.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 07 2026

This patented revolutionary design is the only EPA-certified and UL-listed non-electric pellet stove on the market today. The wise way is simple to start and operate. Simply heat the burn chamber and flue and start the pellet flow with a propane torch. This stove uses a natural draft that will take over and ramp the stove up to temperature. The Wiseway from US Stove eliminates the need for electricity by utilizing a natural gravity feed system that eliminates all mechanical parts meaning less maintenance and breakdowns. Adjustments are simple by opening and closing fresh air intakes on the front of the stove. The window allows you to see the flame traveling up the body of the stove. Since it uses no electricity heat is radiated off the steel baffles on the back. This stove offers extremely small clearances on the rear and sides making it easy to install. Best of all, Since it does not use any electricity this stove is the perfect source of heat for areas that are prone to blackouts or off-the-grid installations.

Nice exhaust fan that we installed in a newly renovated bathroom . It’s quiet enough. One blade on the motor casing turned up broken - not sure if it arrived that way or if it happened during installation . We were able to glue it with super glue and it’s working great - no clicking noise . I wrote to the manufacturer and they sent me a new motor casing . I have it for the future if it ever needs to be replaced .. Jennifer. Orange, VA. Sun Jul 26 2026
