For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! Trellis border solid color design will not make your eyes get tired because of no design in different colors. All designs inside rug made with cut and loop pile. Care instructions: vacuum, shake, and rotate the rug regularly. Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

Interesting difference to the pattern effect between the 5x7 and this 6 1/2' square (see photos) so for me, I'd have preferred a consistent pattern so the carpets match.
