I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. I am so excited about this portable 4 to 6 person inflatable hot tub. I have never seen anything like this before nor did I know it even existed. I love how this kit comes with everything you need including the heavy duty ground cover and top cover. It is legit on functionality thats for sure! The ground tarp could be a little bit thicker as it might not last too long, the pump to inflate the hot tub was already attached once removed from the box. We plugged it in and it inflated in a matter of seconds! And it shut off all on its own when it detected it was fully inflated. The pump also activates the air bubbler once the water is in. 4 to 6 people is probably not accurate, more like three would be comfortable. It does come with a heavy duty cover which snap connects to the side connections of the hot tub coming about 6 in over the top, not fully covering the pump and LCD screen so it could get ruined in wet weather. Other reviewers mentioned that it was a white cover and seemed like an afterthought, I do not feel the same way as it is a gray color and has purposeful snapping mechanisms to accommodate the hot tub--I feel very reasonably. The LCD screen is large and straightforward however the lighting could be a little bit brighter. We love this portable hot tub and surely want to take care of it, so once our pool house is built, it will serve its purpose in an enclosed area. Because we live in the desert and have high winds, we do not want that and or the Nevada Sun ruining this hot tub, so for us setting it up and taking it down is not an option right now, but again it will have a permanent place in our pool house hopefully next year. It also comes with a nice heavy duty bag to put it back in once you take it down and either want to move location or store it. I love that you can have something so nice without the cost associated with a new one, not to mention how permanent they are while this one is portable and conveniently able to be set up, removed, or placed in a new location. If you have a generator it even makes this more portable for camping trips or travel to that log cabin you have tucked away in the pine trees!. Melissa. NV. Fri Sep 04 2026

This 3-person hot tub elevates any get-together year-round. This hot tub holds up to 146 gal. of water, and it comes with a filter, Ozonator, waterfall, and two circulation pumps. We love that it includes lounge-style seating and 29 jets for an out-of-this-world tub experience. LED lights offer added convenience at night, and it's freeze-resistant if you want to enjoy them during chillier months. This tub includes an insulated cover that locks as needed.

So far we are loving it. Small enough to fit in our sunroom, and the jets are so powerful and soothing! Still learning the ins and outs of water chemistry, etc., but we absolutely are in heaven in this spa. Three people would be a pretty tight fit, but great for a couple.. Paula. WY. Mon Aug 26 2019

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021
