There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need.
