For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! If I could give this rug a zero, I would. After a month, the rug looked awful it looks as if it is a sweater that is pilling and pulling and needs a shaver to be used on it this is AWFUL. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. I had purchased my cream and orange area rug from another website and decided I liked it so much that I wanted the same pattern but different color for my dining room. I was about to purchase then thought I'd see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere and I did! Wayfair had the exact same rug for $30 less than the other website. Extremely happy with my purchase. Only complaint I have (but this is for any rug that is shipped) is that they are rolled so tight that it takes FOREVER to get the end to lie flat!
