I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Very happy with this purchase, as you can see in the photos, these chairs are very well made, very comfortable, sturdy, picture shows them particularly reclined, they fully recline to a lying flat position, headrests are adjustable,separately from the rest of the chair! The most fully customizable recliners we have owned! Top quality leather, we purchased Saddle, but they are a little darker in person. That being said,we are extremely happy with our new recliners! After several days, I have to include that these chairs are VERY firm, if you’re looking for something that you can sink into and relax, these are not the ones.
