The rug is not only beautiful but is quite nice to walk on. It’s thick but not too thick. It added just the right amount of color to my bedroom while keeping a calm modern feel.. Marissa. Brookline, MA. Wed Sep 16 2026

Beautiful rug! The colors are neutral and complement our living room perfectly. Took a while to “iron out” and I definitely recommend putting a rug pad under it, but it’s a great deal and good quality.. Arden. Richmond, VA. Thu Oct 22 2026

The colors on the rug were actually prettier in real life than they were in the photograph and fit my space perfectly. And as usual Wayfair does a fabulous job with shipping and getting your order to you very quickly.. Shelley. San Antonio, TX. Wed Sep 09 2026

Ready to liven up a room with a bold splash of color? This contemporary area rug brings a work of modern art to your floors. It features an abstract, mottled design with splashes of blue, beige, and gray, while a distressed effect creates a well-worn look. Machine-woven from polypropylene and polyester, it shows off a high 0.87" pile with a tight texture that's ideal for rooms that stand up against regular use. Our favorite? It resists stains and fading, so it holds up over time. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad to prevent shifting and sliding underfoot.

I help Rescue Great Pyrenees dogs. I own 5 and 2 are now elderly. My home only has Tile and Wood floors and the floors are slippery. The Main reason for this rugs purchase! The rug is durable and most of all it helps my dogs with traction to get up! Plus importantly, inexpensive and very attractive! Highly recommend for anyone with elderly dogs whose home floors might be too slippery! Also important…. The Rug Pad helps so much with extra padding and keeping the Rug In Place!!!!. Veronica. US. Ordered the 5x7, been 3 months and it’s to be expected. Lays flat, no wrinkles. Came delivered on a roll too. Color is nice - subtle smoky blue and gold undertones. Not overpowering and easy to match. . Vacuums excellent! No hard pulling on the vacuum (Dyson).. Jane. TX. Wed Oct 21 2026

This area rug features a geometric design that adds style and a cozy foundation to your space. Power-loomed from fade-, stain- and water-resistant polypropylene, it has a color scheme that has been purposefully distressed for a casual, inviting feel. The low pile height of 0.39” makes it a great choice for busy, high-traffic areas – think your den or entryway – and it comes in a range of dimensions, so you’re sure to find one that best fits your space. While it has a jute backing, we recommend rolling this rug out over a pad to add a little extra cushioning and keep it in place.

Awesome rug and fit the decor for the little room where it’s located. Really makes the decor stand out.. Kenneth. CA. Tue Nov 03 2026

This area rug has abstract gray and orange patterns that create a modern and artful foundation on your floors. It's made from a blend of polyester and polypropylene, and it has a latex backing. We love how the simple ivory and light gray color palette in the background works well with decors from industrial to classic. Plus, this rug has a medium 0.55" pile height that's easy to clean and ideal for rooms with high foot traffic like the living room or entryway. To keep this rug in place, we recommend pairing it with a rug pad.

Beautiful abstract indoor rug. Purchased the 2X7 runner. Easily rolled out flat and, after a few hours, the new rug smell was completely gone.. Anonymous. Bronx, NY. Fri Nov 06 2026

Looking for a modern focal point for your living room, bedroom, kitchen or hallway? Then this designer rug from our current collection is perfect. The colour combination, exclusive pattern, intense colour brilliance and contours created by hand make this woven rug an elegant highlight in any home. And for short pile, its a real bargain.

What a great purchase even nicer than I anticipated. The rug was exactly the colors shown. It was plush. It was a thicker than I thought. Very pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Lynn. Leesburg, FL. Sat Oct 03 2026

I love this rug! It fit perfectly in the space I’m redesigning. I’ve had it for a couple months. I also purchased the padding to go under it, which made it an even better buy. I’m purchasing the matching runner as well.. Michelle. Bahama, NC. Mon Sep 07 2026

This abstract area rug brings a modern feel to your living room or main bedroom floors. It's hand-tufted with a 100% wool surface, providing a thick and natural feel underfoot. The cotton and latex backing includes non-slip properties to help the piece stay in place as you move throughout your home. Designed for indoor locations, the construction emphasizes a textured look that works well in a variety of settings. It’s a reliable choice for adding a foundational layer to your space. Plus, the material provides a substantial feel while maintaining its shape. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

I’m so pleased with this purchase! From delivery to how it looks in my home it is all SO good! Thanks to the reviews I was prepared for the colors being different from the listing photos. I prefer the actual blue to the blue in the listing. In real life the blue has more gray and green, which is exactly what I wanted! The wine red is still quite rich and dark and the orange is a nice rusty terracotta. There is no yellow. That is a warm beige, almost wheat. There is also a lighter, less golden, beige while the browns are what I would call mouse (not quite chocolate) and mocha (a little lighter and reddish). And the greens are very much sage greens, with one slightly more towards brownloden. The difference between the greens is almost unnoticeable. With my dining room seat fabric, the tiles on the nearby kitchen wall and the slate tile fireplace in the nearby living room, these colors bring all the colors of the rooms of the open floor plan together nicely. And the soft wool feels so nice underfoot! All wool needs vacuuming, but I don’t find it to be shedding and the few wrinkles will settle once it has been unrolled for a while. I am so excited!. Maggie. Sharon, CT. Sat Oct 31 2026

Nice rug but it has no cushion. Definitely make sure you get a good rug pad.. Fasha. Fri Oct 02 2026

This area rug creates a playful foundation in your space with a bold, mixed palette. It's power-loomed in Turkey from polypropylene with a jute backing. The abstract design features overlapping shapes in tones of gray with vivid fuschia accents. We love purposeful distressing that gives it a boho vibe. The pile height of 0.45'' gives your room some warmth and cushion while still being easy to vacuum. We recommend picking up a rug pad with it to keep it in place.

Nicely looking. Colir combination is good. Smells for a long time. It would be worth to have it fume out somewhere other then living area. Thin but has a good feel while walking on it. Had to put peice of wood to stop it from rolling back on two edges for a while. 4 stars due to unpleasant smell when enrolled.. Radek. Manchester, NH. Sat Oct 24 2026

Modern abstract design and pattern featuring yellow, black, grey and ivory colors make up this contemporary super-chic shag rug that is the ideal companion for many of today’s most cutting-edge furniture styles. Power-loomed of 100% polyester yarns.

Go bold! Shag rugs are often only available in solid colors, happy to be the backdrop to the surrounding decor or letting their textured pile do the work of bringing visual interest to the room. That's not the case with our Soft Touch Shag Collection! Available in bold, contemporary swirls and Moroccan-inspired asymmetric lattice patterns, the Soft Touch Shag Collection takes center stage in any room it's in. The dramatic designs are kept in check thanks to cool gray, green, and blue hues that bring an element of sophistication. A thick, 1/2" shag pile adds another level of texture while also providing a soft place to sink your toes into. The Soft Touch Shag collection is perfect for contemporary living rooms or dramatic bedrooms.
