Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees.
