Right out of the packaging, our cooler had a 8" scratch on the front of it and some chips on one the corners. Sent them an email with pictures 6 days ago and we still haven't received a response. If you read the manual, the limited warranty is quite limited. 90 days and with a fair amount of exclusions. After each use, drying the cooler INSIDE & OUT is recommended. PS recommends it's stored inside and when it's outside, a weatherproof cover is recommended. We bought the PS cover, which arrived after our cooler and although it says it's weatherproof, the cover is quite thin. This looks elegant, like a piece of furniture. * Assembly was very straight forward. Took approximately 45 minutes from start to finish. * The drain hose is so handy! Even if we decide to keep this indoors, we can wheel it out onto the patio to drain the extra water out. Works great! * The wheels are so handy! Moving this around is not a problem at all. * This is almost twice as big as the cooler it is replacing. With ample ice layered on the bottom and over the first layer of bottles, it holds anywhere between 100 and 120 bottles. Same with cans. * It kept the drinks cold for much longer than we needed.
