I hadnt realized until after installed, is get a size that will fit inside rather than aboveoutside of the window frame just as you would if getting basic blinds. Theyre actually a really good product for any room in your home. Instead of dealing with old fashion blinds and curtains, these are the best of both in one, easy to install and use product. Everything from the fabric and housing quality to the ease of installation make this a great choice. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes.
