It feels great and one unusual benefit is it keeps my dogs off when I need some Me time. Comfortable, nice size for all body types. Really like that it gives you the option to lay all the way back. Also like that my feet are supported and don’t hang off the chair in the recline position. I’m 5 feet 6 inches tall for reference. Massage is more a vibrating feature, not deep massage. Heat option is a plus. I purchased the lighter color and really think it brings a since of warmth and brightness to a small space, but ensure there is at least 3 feet from the back of the chair from the wall depending on how far one wants to recline.
