We enjoy the patio set! Shipping and delivery were great. Cushions seem too have broken in really well, but they tend to move around a lot on the base of both the chairs and couch. It would be great if there were upgraded cushions with at least something to attach them to the Ratan backs. If this was done on the bottom cushions I believe it would help with the backs as well.. For the price this couch is surprisingly good quality. If you want a really comfortable high end outdoor couch you need to spend minimum 1,500, but for 550 this is a good option. The cushions are a bit thin on the backs but I would give it a 710 for comfort. If you try and use the provided tool to assemble it will take you all day.
