This was one of the easiest items that Ive ever put together! It was so easy that the setup did not require any tools whatsoever, which is always a plus. The items are engraved with labels for easy identification, and everything is just push-and-clip. After pushing together pieces, the quality of the storage product is good, as it is made of some sort of plastic-feeling material. The color is great I absolutely love it. I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. Not particularly comfortable if you were planning to sit on it for long periods. Looks good in our mud room but.. I may eventually try to paint the ugly knob. You can’t beat this box for the price. I bought it to hold a Sonos subwoofer which it does nicely. The finish on the box isn’t great, but I was looking to paint it so for me that was a don’t care. Note that the picture is my painted version - the box is medium brown with some kind of thin clear finish. Putting this together took about 5 minutes. Bench arrived on time and it was very well packed. If you follow the directions, which are a bit hard to read since it's mostly about diagrams, assembly should take 20 minutes. Assembly of this bench requires absolutely no tools as it completely snaps together. We did use a soft mallet to tap the pieces in place. It takes two people to hold pieces in place while you’re snapping them. Don’t try to assemble this by yourself. I’m not sure how waterproof it is because I am keeping it under a covered patio. The directions were awful. The parts are labeled, but the lettering was black on black so it took us over 10 minutes just to locate the black lettering on black.
