Passion Black Ivory 5 Ft X 7 Ft Bordered Transitional Area Rug Nourison 018588

Love my rug, so big and pretty. Anonymous. Tue Oct 24 2023

This modern area rug brings contemporary refinement to your living room or office. An abstract veined pattern features a sleek marble-like look with streaks of black and ivory for a dynamic, neutral foundation on your floor. Power-loomed from polypropylene and jute, it features a 0.375" pile that's great for rolling out in high-traffic areas where it will hold up against everyday wear without tripping up your feet or your vacuum. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad to prevent shifting and sliding underfoot.

Beautiful, practical, and versatile rug. It is easy to vacuum as the pile has a perfect height for even high traffic environments. I use it to protect the hardwood floor between my kitchen sink and island, and it has done a great job so far, added that the colors combine perfectly with my kitchen layout. Originally, I used it to combine with my ivory chairs on the opposite side of the island. The ivory, light gray, and charcoal pattern give that earthy and modern style that provides versatility. I love it!. Raquel W.. Pennsylvania. Thu Aug 06 2026

This Oriental area rug brings a vintage-inspired look to your space with its detailed motifs and faded finish. Crafted from polyester, it offers a soft surface underfoot that’s designed to handle the activity of busy homes. The low profile allows for easy placement under furniture and won't obstruct doorways as you move through your home. The machine-washable design makes it simple to refresh whenever it's needed. We recommend using a rug pad to help keep the piece firmly in place on your floors.

I absolutely love this carpet! I love that it’s thin and washable.. Erica. Plant City, FL. Sat Jul 25 2026

The Avaya Collection is our response to market demand for clean, transitional design in rugs that work equally well in traditional and contemporary homes. The collection’s unique purity and clarity of the color are achieved by selecting only the purest premium New Zealand wool as a canvas for this exciting new color palette. Many of the designs in the Avaya collection are accented with viscose for silky softness to outline patterns, and further highlight the softness of the wool. This innovative collection is hand-tufted in India.

Absolutely love this rug. It looks far more expensive than it was. It was thicker than expected so I have to adjust the door opening into the room, but it adds to the beauty of the rug.. Randi. Encino, CA. Thu Aug 06 2026

Made in India, this collection is hand-tufted in wool and it has a wool backing. We love the eye-catching array of geometric patterns in hues look in any room. Plus, it's medium 0.4" pile means that it's ideal for rolling out in rooms with low foot traffic like your home office or bedroom. This rug's stain-resistant design makes it a great choice for spots that are prone to spills and splashes. We also recommend pairing it with a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding.

I love this so much. I actually would like to purchase another one. Hamed. Chicago, IL. Wed Jul 29 2026

It’s beautiful and completely upgraded my family room. Good quality and so very happy I purchased it.. Ruth. Sat Sep 26 2026

Elevate your floors with this Power Loomed Nylon Area Rug—where refined design meets everyday durability. Featuring a bold border frame design, this rug makes an immediate style statement in your living room, bedroom, dining room, entryway, den, nursery, or family room. Available in versatile color options including Midnight Black, Walnut Brown, Pearl Cream, and Cocoa Mocha, it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of furniture finishes, accent colors, and decor styles—from modern and minimalist to transitional and traditional. Crafted from 100% nylon pile using precision power loom technology in Egypt, this rug is engineered to last. Nylon is the most durable fiber used in area rugs—resisting stains, fading, crushing, and wear far longer than polyester or polypropylene alternatives. The low 0.20-inch pile height sits flat under furniture and transitions smoothly under doors, making it ideal for high-traffic areas throughout the home. The integrated non-slip latex backing keeps the rug firmly in place on hardwood, tile, and laminate floors—no separate rug pad required. Available in sizes ranging from 2'x3' accent to 8'x10' room-size. Care is simple: vacuum regularly with a low-suction setting in the direction of the pile, blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth—never rub—and spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water solution. Rotate every 6–12 months for even wear. Professional cleaning recommended for deep cleans.

This carpet is a great size for an entry! looks classy but will also be easy to keep clean!. Kristin. US. Wed Oct 07 2026

Saturated color gives this solid area rug a modern, clean look that's ideal for a living room, family room, dining room, bedroom, or kids' rooms. Soft, durable synthetic fibers are an easy maintenance solution for homes with kids and pets. With several colors to choose from, this rug makes an ideal centerpiece for a mid-century, contemporary, coastal , farmhouse or minimalist interior.

This is prefect for a dining table, low pile, sturdy and the exact color I wanted! Love it! I ordered another one before, it felt more like a blanket and would have food particles sticking to it. Is not rough under your feet either.. Thihees. Fishers, IN. Fri Sep 04 2026

This area rug delivers a classic accent with a tailored look for your home. It features a subtle design that introduces a balanced foundation without distracting from surrounding decor or artwork. The hand-woven surface creates a welcoming, cozy texture underfoot, making it easy to layer into your existing arrangement. Crafted from a wool and recycled P.E.T. blend, this versatile floor covering easily withstands regular movement while maintaining its soft feel. Plus, it stands up well to everyday foot traffic while bringing a grounded element to your indoor space.

Looks great under my kitchen table received many compliments. Lillian. Horseheads, NY. Sun Jul 12 2026

This abstract indoor area rug showcases a relaxed pattern framed by a subtle border, offering a modern yet approachable look suited for contemporary and transitional interiors. The design adds visual depth without overpowering the space. Machine-made from durable polypropylene with a low 0.24-inch pile height, it allows smooth placement under furniture. Finished with a jute backing and shipped rolled. Routine vacuuming and spot cleaning as needed are recommended. Minor variations in color and pattern are normal.

I purchased the 5’ x 7’ rug in CreamBrown and I’m really happy with it. I wanted something neutral that would add warmth and definition to the space without making the room feel too busy, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The cream center is light and neutral, while the brown border adds just enough contrast. I especially love the linear detail around the edges. It gives the rug a modern look while still being subtle enough to coordinate easily with other furniture and decor. The brown is also a nice warm, muted shade rather than looking too dark or harsh. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft it feels underfoot, especially considering the relatively low-profile pile. It also hasn’t shed at all so far. Mine had some curling from being rolled for shipping, but it flattened completely within about 24 hours. I did place chairs on the corners during that time to help them lay flat. One thing to be aware of is that it does slide fairly easily on my hard flooring without a rug pad, so I’ll be adding one underneath. That isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s worth knowing if you plan to use it on a similar surface. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and appearance for the price. The 5’ x 7’ size worked perfectly for my smaller seating area, and the rug adds warmth and contrast without overpowering the room. I’ve included photos in natural light, including a close-up, to help show the actual colors, texture, and edge detail.. Morgan. Lowell, IN. Fri Sep 25 2026

This rug changed the whole look of the room instantly. The basic design didnt thrill me (I was looking for glam), but once it was in the room, instant love AND it added glam! Directions recommend a few days to flatten, but I only waited 24 hours. It arrives folded (not rolled) in plastic packaging. That made it SO MUCH EASIER to move a 1012 foot rug by myself, but the trade-off are a few more areas that need to flatten. Sturdy rug with a height that allows for robotic vacuum cleaners. Its pretty soft as well. No chance to test stain removal...yet. I think this was great quality for the sale price.. Becky. NE. Thu Sep 17 2026
